Ethics Reform Forum at Robbins Library, Tonight 6/23

Tonight, Pam Wilmot of Common Cause Massachusetts is hosting a meeting with Rep. Garballey, Sen. Donnelly, Rep. Kaufman, and Rep. Brownsberger from 7pm to 9pm in the Community Room at Robbins Library.  Sean will be discussing current issues before the legislature in addition to speaking on his experiences as a recently elected representative.  Issues that will be discussed include Election Law and Ethics Reform.  Common Cause Executive Director Pam Wilmot will also be discussing Common Cause’s legislative agenda for 2009 and any and all progress made on these issues so far.  The panel will be available to answer any questions following their remarks.  Common Cause is a non-profit organization interested in promoting good government practices by encouraging all representatives to support legislation that makes government more open and responsive and that the electorate better informed and more involved.
