Help out with a great cause!

December 10, 2009

Dear Friends,

Next week I will be participating in an event for the Muscular Dystrophy Association called the Belmont-Arlington Lock-up!  This event supports a great organization that helps provide vital funds for MDA’s program services to families in our local communities.  The concept of the event is that local business and community leaders agree to be “arrested” for having a “big heart” in the fun, MDA Lock-Up. This unique community-wide event raises funds for Jerry’s kids.  You can view a video from Waltham’s Lock-up here.

Now I’d like to ask you to Please Help Me!!!  I have to raise my bail of $1600 before the Lock-Up and they will go easy on me, but I need your financial assistance to post my bond.  Please lend your support during the Belmont-Arlington Lock-Up.  You can see a “news” story about these events and make donations at my MDA Lock-up webpage.

Your 100% tax-deductible donation will help MDA continue research into the cause and the possible cure of the 43 neuromuscular diseases they cover.  Your support of the MDA Lock-Up will also help MDA provide medical equipment, clinic visits, support groups and a magical week of MDA Summer Camp for the families served by the Association in our local area.

Thanks for all your help!
